About Me
I graduated with a Bachelor’s of Kinesiology with a specialization in Athletic therapy in 2001 from Acadia University. In 2006 I graduated from Queen’s University with Master’s in Physical Therapy and I’ve been working in Ottawa for 18 years since graduation. I worked in private clinics treating a variety of conditions and populations including WSIB, MVA, sports injuries, neck and back pain. The past 9 years I have been working strictly with seniors in the community, long term care and retirement homes. My goals are to keep seniors mobile and prevent falls. So they can live their best active life possible.
